Never be the first to sleep on TOUR

	Hi Roy, The boys and me had a great time and the itinerary that you put together for us worked well from end-to-end. Only had two incidents both concerned me. Mango from Durban to Cape Town left my luggage in Durban but it turned up early next day, but of course you know this. The second, Virgin mislaid my bag on the homeward leg but again it turned up a few days later. The hotels selected were exceptional though the Beach Hotel in Durban was a little ‘tired’. We particularly enjoyed the Ritz in Cape Town, the revolving restaurant on the top floor added to atmosphere. Shame the weather knocked out going up the mountain and the shark cage trip that I had secretly planned as a surprise for the boys.

We stayed at my place in White River following Cape Town hiring a car and driving to Pretoria for the 2nd test. Had another great night in the hotel (though surrounded by many sad Lions fans) then back to White River and a week of golf and the Kruger Park!....Can’t thank you enough for putting together a great trip very much enjoyed by all in fact some of the guys believe the visit to SA to have been a life changing experience!. Yes please, can I register for the Rugby World Cup in 2011.

	Hello there Roy, good to hear from you. Sorry about late replying, don't go on line very often! We had a wonderful time in S. Africa, really feel it was a holiday in a lifetime and thought how you arranged it all was absolutely marvellous, all the places we visited and the great experiences, have told everybody we know - have probably bored them to tears! We are interested in Australia, saving as we speak, trying to get a few more to go. The recession is affecting quite a lot of people here and although interested, are hanging on to see how the jobs etc, pans out; we would obviously love to go to N.Z etc if only we had a money tree. I did wonder if you are doing Hong Kong 7's and how much that might be, would love to surprise Rob. We are also looking to go to Cape Town this year with four more of our party if you have any offers on trips. We are not in control of this one but we are all looking for bargains! Thinking of October and on if that is the best time to go. Look forward to hearing from you. Elaine

I would like to thank Atlas Travel and their South African agents for making my trip to Durban and Cape Town a wonderful experience. Despite flight delays getting to South Africa, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there watching the cricket and seeing something of the country. I arrived on Christmas Day in Durban and got Graeme Smith the South African captain to sign a copy of his book. The rest of the Proteas boys signed photos I took of them in June 2009 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham for the World Twenty 20 championship. I loved Cape Town, Table Mountain, going on the Red Hopper bus trip around the city and using the local trains and bus services to get to Newlands. I kept pinching myself that I was watching cricket at my dream venue. I also want to say the V and A centre is lovely and one day I will return to South Africa.
