Cricket Australia have now finalised the allocation of tickets
to the UK market. Approximately 10 - 15% of the overall tickets
available will be distributed to "Official Travel Agents"
(OTA) in advance of their general sale to the Australian Market
by
Events Worldwide Travel Group - Perth Melbourne and Sydney
Australian Sports Tours Pty Ltd - Brisbane and Adelaide
Perth, Melbourne, Sydney
Atlas Group Travel have been appointed an OTA (License
6189 / 2) by Events Worldwide the details being published
on line at www.cricketticketsaustralia.com.
Atlas have been allocated guaranteed tickets for the matches
at Perth, Melbourne and Sydney and these will be offered at
face value (subject to availability at the time of booking)
as specified within the various packages offered.
Brisbane and Adelaide
Atlas have applied for a small selection of tickets with Australian
Sports Tours for Brisbane and Adelaide (this application has
yet to be processed) - these tickets are being made available
as "hospitality packages" (5 day reserved premium
seating tickets and Test Match function with three course
dinner, drinks and cricket celebrity guest speakers). These
hospitality packages will be made available at cost (subject
to approval of application and availability at the time of
booking) within the Atlas Travel Packages as specified below:
Packages 1 - 4 - Standard packages with Melbourne
tickets guaranteed at cost and Brisbane / Adelaide Hospitality
packages available at cost and on request
Packages 5 - 8 - Premium Ticket packages
with guaranteed tickets available at cost for Perth, Melbourne
and Sydney.
Ticket packages are available on a "first - come"
basis to those who advance register. Tickets for
Melbourne are relatively plentiful and are made available
with most of the packages on offer. Perth and Sydney tickets
are scarce and will only be made available with the Premium
packages on offer - it is anticipated that these packages
will sell out very quickly and so an early booking is highly
recommended in order to avoid disappointment.
