As a tailor made tour operator, we are able to organise tours to a variety of worldwide destinations. We have many sample itineraries to worldwide destinations that will provide you with a variety of different tour experiences. We will take our time to discuss various destinations as well as the variables associated to different destinations.

With staff who are experienced travellers, we will be able to provide you with first hand knowledge of your tour destination. If our staff have not travelled to your chosen destination, we will try and arrange a product development trip to enable us to provide you with the information that you require before you travel.

We work closely with official ground handling agents in all our destinations, who will ensure that your every need is catered for and ensure that you experience the best tour possible.

TRI NATIONS - CAPE TOWN

Example - 12 day tour itinerary

DAY 1 - Depart your club / school for your executive coach transfer to London Heathrow Airport for your overnight flight to South Africa.

DAY 2 - Arrive Cape Town Airport, after clearing customs and immigration formalities you will be met by our official ground handling agents and transferred by coach to your hotel in Cape Town (V&A Waterfont or similar) via an en-route visit to Newlands Stadium. Rest of the day / night is at leisure to explore the area.

DAY 3 - Full day is at leisure for training, socialising and sightseeing. Take an Optional Tour of the Winelands of the Western Cape and visit the Spears Vineyard and Cheetah farm where you will be able to get up close and personal with cheetah cubs. Rest of the evening is at leisure in Cape Town. Or training session at Hamilton’s RFC (oldest rugby club in South Africa).

DAY 4 - Morning is at leisure for relaxing or sightseeing. This afternoon play your First Tour Game against local opposition, followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure.

DAY 5 - Full day is at leisure for training, socialising and sightseeing. Take an optional coach tour to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve / Cape Point and the scenic coastal areas of the Cape region including Llandudno and Hout Bay, visit Hermanus (Whale Watching) or test your nerve in a Shark-Cage to view the Great White.

DAY 6 - Full day is at leisure for training, socialising or sightseeing. Take an optional Tour to Table Mountain a landmark of the region where you will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the region and to Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. Rest of the evening is at leisure in Cape Town.

DAY 7 - Morning is at leisure for relaxing or sightseeing. This afternoon transfer to play your Second Tour Game against local opposition, followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure.

DAY 8 - Full day is at leisure for training, socialising or sightseeing. Take an optional visit to The Dannie Craven Rugby Museum in the scenic Stellenbosch region, where the legendry pioneer of South African Rugby worked.

DAY 9 - Full day is at leisure for training, socialising and sightseeing. Take an optional guided “Long Walk to Freedom” tour, where you can gain an insight into South African history, an introduction to Cape Town and a guided township walk. Rest of the evening is at leisure in Cape Town.

DAY 10 - This Morning play your Third Tour Game against a local Development Team, followed by a post match reception. This afternoon attend the Tri Nations Test Match. Rest of the evening is at leisure socialising with Tri Nation’s supporters.

DAY 11 - Full morning is at leisure for relaxing, sightseeing or last minute shopping. This afternoon depart the hotel for your coach transfer to Cape Town Airport arriving to check in for the overnight flight to the UK.

DAY 12 - This morning arrive London Heathrow. After clearing customs and immigration formalities, Transfer by executive coach to your school / club.
