As a tailor made tour operator, we are able to organise tours to a variety of worldwide destinations. We have many sample itineraries to worldwide destinations that will provide you with a variety of different tour experiences. We will take our time to discuss various destinations as well as the variables associated to different destinations.

With staff who are experienced travellers, we will be able to provide you with first hand knowledge of your tour destination. If our staff have not travelled to your chosen destination, we will try and arrange a product development trip to enable us to provide you with the information that you require before you travel.

We work closely with official ground handling agents in all our destinations, who will ensure that your every need is catered for and ensure that you experience the best tour possible.

BARBADOS

Example - 11 day tour itinerary

DAY 1 - Depart your school / club at for your executive coach transfer to Gatwick Airport to check in for your flight to Barbados. Arrive in Bridgetown at after clearing customs and immigration formalities, meet your local ground-handling agent and transfer by coach to your resort. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore your resort.

DAY 2 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training or sightseeing. Take an optional guided tour of Barbados including Bridgetown (island's capital), Holetown (oldest town in Barbados), Speightstown (Island's second largest town) and to Oistins (second most popular tourist attraction).

DAY 3 - Morning is at leisure for relaxing, shopping and sightseeing. This afternoon transfer by coach to a local school / club to play your First Tour Game followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure to socialise with your hosts or at your resort.

DAY 4 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training or sightseeing. Take an optional visit to the Boatyard in Carlisle Bay, where you can relax on the beach or try out the ocean trampolines, rock climbing iceberg, jet skiing, snorkelling and sail on the world famous pirate ship, the Jolly Roger.

DAY 5 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training or sightseeing. Take an optional visit to Barbados Wildlife Reserve and mingle with free ranging Bajan monkeys, caimans, exotic birds and other species in a lush mahogany forest and see the Cuban Iguana display and fabulous orchid collection.

DAY 6 - Morning is at leisure for relaxing, shopping and sightseeing. This afternoon transfer by coach to a local school / club to play your Second Tour Game followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure to socialise with your hosts or at your resort.

DAY 7 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training or sightseeing. Take an optional visit to Harrison's Cave, the island's most popular tourist attraction, experience the thrill of the caves from the comfort of a tram, view the glistening stalactites and stalagmites, truly the gem of Barbados.

DAY 8 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training or sightseeing. Take an optional Tiami Catamaran Cruise along the crystal waters of the west coast and swim with Hawksbill Turtles or sail on the ultimate cruising vessel the HV Harbour Master and view the undersea life in a semi-submersible.

DAY 9 - Morning is at leisure for relaxing, shopping and sightseeing. This afternoon transfer by coach to a local school to play your Final Tour Games followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure to socialise with your hosts or at your resort.

DAY 10 - Full morning is at leisure for relaxing, sightseeing or last minute tax-free shopping in Broad Street in Bridgetown. This afternoon depart your resort for your coach transfer to Grantley Adams International Airport to check for your overnight flight to the UK.

DAY 11 - This morning arrive Gatwick Airport, after clearing customs and immigration formalities, collect your luggage and transfer by executive coach to your club / school.
