As a tailor made tour operator, we are able to organise tours to a variety of worldwide destinations. We have many sample itineraries to worldwide destinations that will provide you with a variety of different tour experiences. We will take our time to discuss various destinations as well as the variables associated to different destinations.

With staff who are experienced travellers, we will be able to provide you with first hand knowledge of your tour destination. If our staff have not travelled to your chosen destination, we will try and arrange a product development trip to enable us to provide you with the information that you require before you travel.

We work closely with official ground handling agents in all our destinations, who will ensure that your every need is catered for and ensure that you experience the best tour possible.

ARGENTINA

Example - 15 day tour itinerary

DAY 1 - Depart your club / school for your executive coach transfer to Gatwick Airport to check in for you overnight flight to Argentina via Madrid.

DAY 2 - This morning arrive Buenos Aires Airport. After clearing customs and immigration formalities collect your luggage and meet your local ground-handling agent prior to your executive coach transfer to your hotel in downtown Buenos Aires for breakfast prior to your check in. Rest of the day is at leisure for relaxing, a light training session and opportunity to explore the local area.

DAY 3 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training and sightseeing. Take an optional guided coach tour of Buenos Aires, the cosmopolitan capital city of Argentina that is rich in history and known as the Paris of South America, seeing such attractions as the Plaza de Mayo, Government house and Cathedral, La Boca and the Recoleta region with its elegant restaurants, pavement cafes and the cemetery and shrine of Evita Peron.

DAY 4 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, shopping and sightseeing. This afternoon depart your hotel at for your executive coach transfer to your First Tour Game against local opposition, followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure in Buenos Aires.

DAY 5 - This morning depart your hotel for your executive coach transfer to Buenos Aires Airport to check in for your flight to Mendoza. This afternoon, after collecting your luggage meet your ground handling agent and transfer by executive coach to your downtown hotel to check in. Rest of the evening is at leisure to explore Mendoza, regional metropolis of Cuyo and wine capital of Argentina.

DAY 6 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training or sightseeing. Take an optional guided coach tour of
Mendoza and the surrounding area, see Foundational Museum, San Francisco Ruins, San Martin Square, Espana Square, Government House, San Martin Park, Cerro de la Gloria and the Malvinas Island Stadium.

DAY 7 - Morning is at leisure for relaxing or shopping. This afternoon depart your hotel for your executive coach transfer to your Second Tour Game, followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure to explore downtown Mendoza.

DAY 8 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training and sightseeing. Take an optional guided coach tour of the Mendoza Vineyard Region with its wide range of vineyards such as Norton, DomaineVistalba and stop at the Bodega La Agricola founded by the Zuccardi family, for wine tasting with its exclusive view of the Andes.

DAY 9 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, training and sightseeing. Take an optional guided coach tour of the Andes and visit Puente Del Inca (Inca Bridge), which spans the Rio Mendoza (one of the wonders of South America) and Horcones Ravine, where you can view Mount Aconcagua (Highest mountain of the Americas).

DAY 10 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, shopping and sightseeing. This afternoon depart your hotel for your executive coach transfer to play your Third Tour Game local opposition, followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure in downtown Mendoza.

DAY 11 - Depart this morning your hotel for your executive coach transfer to Mendoza Airport to check in for the your domestic flight to Buenos Aires. After collecting your luggage meet your ground-handling agent and transfer by executive coach to your downtown hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure.

DAY 12 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing, shopping or sightseeing. Take an optional guided Fiesta Gaucha coach tour to Santa Susana Ranch and experience the countryside and life on an Argentinian Ranch, which includes an Asado (Barbecue), gaucho horse show and opportunity to ride on the pampas with Gauchos.

DAY 13 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing and sightseeing. Take an optional guided coach tour to Tigre and boat cruise on the Parana River Delta. This afternoon depart your hotel for your coach transfer to your Fourth Tour Game followed by a post match reception with your hosts. Rest of the evening is at leisure in downtown Buenos Aires.

DAY 14 - Full day is at leisure for relaxing socialising, last minute shopping or sightseeing. This evening depart your hotel for your executive coach transfer to check in for your overnight flight to the UK via Madrid.

DAY 15 - This morning arrive Gatwick Airport, after clearing customs and immigration formalities collect your luggage and board your executive coach for you transfer to your school / club.
