Travel & Playing Insurance
An essential requirement of touring with your club, school or organisation is to obtain adequate travel and playing insurance. Your sport’s governing body will insist that the touring side will have to be protected in the event of travel problems or injury. Governing bodies of your chosen destination will require a letter of authorisation from your national governing body together with a copy of the group’s insurance policy.

We are delighted to join with Endsleigh Insurance to cover all our group travel business. We will happily arrange the relevant group insurance on your behalf for all your tour party members (included in your tour price or separately). Endsleigh Insurance provides a very competitive and comprehensive travel and playing insurance that will provide each passenger with assurance and peace of mind. In the event you decline our insurance cover, we will require a signed insurance indemnity form, which will be sent to you at the time of booking.

The insurance cover provided will include cover for the playing of your particular sports / activity, which will be included in your policy and not added as an additional premium. In the event of you having to claim for medical reasons whilst on your trip, “on the spot medical claims” will offer instant assistance through a network of English speaking branches worldwide.
